The RISE Collective exists to support Churches of Christ leaders in their first ten years of ministry, recognising this season as one of the most significant periods in shaping long-term faithfulness, resilience, theological depth, and clarity of calling. The goal is not simply to help leaders serve effectively today, but to help them remain faithful for the long term. Through intentional investment, mentoring, and shared learning, the Collective creates opportunities for emerging leaders to grow both personally and vocationally while navigating the opportunities and challenges of ministry.

At the heart of the RISE Collective are three key priorities: strengthening vocational and spiritual formation, equipping leaders with practical ministry resources, and building stronger connections across the Churches of Christ movement in Australia. Through leadership cohorts, mentoring relationships, ministry training, and access to experienced practitioners, leaders are encouraged to develop sustainable rhythms, deepen their spiritual foundations, strengthen their ministry skills, and build healthy patterns that support lifelong leadership.

The RISE Collective also recognises that ministry was never intended to be lived in isolation. By creating meaningful relationships across states and encouraging collaboration between emerging leaders, the Collective seeks to strengthen a shared sense of identity, purpose, and mission across our movement. While support remains grounded within each state's unique context, national initiatives such as the RISE Summit provide opportunities to learn together, share wisdom, and invest in the future of God's Church. The Collective represents a deliberate investment in the next generation of leaders, helping to build a healthy, connected, and sustainable future for Churches of Christ across Australia.
